CANCELLATION POLICY

⸻ Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Ace Esthetics, your time is valued—and I ask the same in return. To ensure the best experience for every client, the following policies are in place: 🔹 Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Anything later will be considered a late cancellation and may be subject to a fee up to the full service amount. 🔹 No Call / No Shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. This policy is strictly enforced. After 2 no-shows, you will be blocked from booking future appointments. 🔹 A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive later than 10 minutes, time will be deducted from your remaining service. If you arrive too late to be seen at all, it will be treated as a no-show.
